Micah Sherr Leads New DARPA Project on Reliable Anonymous Communication

Micah Sherr (PI), Eric Burger, Clay Shields, and Wenchao Zhou were awarded a $3.1M DARPA contract for the Reliable Anonymous Communication Evading Censors And Repressors (RACECAR) project.  RACECAR aims to create a secure and private distributed messaging system that is resilient to large-scale, real-time traffic analysis.  The project is a collaborative effort between Georgetown University, the Tor Project, and the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory.
