Apply for Fully-Funded Ph.D. Positions in Computer Science starting in Fall 2025

The Department of Computer Science at Georgetown University is seeking applications for several fully-funded Ph.D. positions in the following broad areas, starting in Fall 2025:

Students with interdisciplinary research interests may add a concentration in Cognitive Science in combination with one of the above research areas.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited academic institution in computer science, computer engineering, information science, electrical engineering, or a closely related field. 
  • Candidates with strong programming skills are especially encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with strong mathematics and/or statistics backgrounds are especially encouraged to apply.
